Charge
The Task Force on the Review of ANSI/NISO Draft Standard Z39.85, The Dublin Core Metadata Element Set is charged with reviewing the draft standard and preparing comments to be sent to NISO’s ALA Voting Member, who will formulate the official ALA position. Comments should include whether the proposed standard should be approved, as well as any suggestions for changes or improvement in it.
The final report of the Task Force shall be sent to the Chair of CC:DA no later than August 1, 2000.
