The following proposal will be discussed at the MARBI on Saturday morning so there will not be time for CCDA to discuss it. If there are any comments you'd like me to take to MARBI or any new direction we think we can give them, I'd be happy to hear about them. We will be getting a report on multiple versions and the outcome of this proposal at the CCDA meeting. It is not much different than the proposal I reported on at the annual meeting. The main change is the addition of the discussion of what to do with the GMD. Other changes are further refinements of the last proposal.
I'll be here all the way to January 18th so send comments anytime in the next week and a half.
